We support educational institutions and systems that nurture the treasured elements of our world’s cultures while simultaneously challenging all learners to find productive ways of working together across national and ethnic identities. We envision a well-educated, happy, more collaborative world, capable of working together to address grand challenges.

Methods

We work with public and private entities to help evolve ever-improving education methods, policy supports, resources and allies. We often think of ourselves as a novel research and development firm, where what we develop is constantly changing — practice, policy, partnerships and even products. All of our development work, though, begins humbly and importantly with trust relationships and listening. As conversations deepen, we seek to inspire best thinking through novel lines of research.
